Hi! My brother took out a cellphone contract with MTN, 6 months ago as well as insurance at Randburg Square. The phone fell and the screen shattered, when he went to the store yesterday to ask for help and assistance regarding this problem, he was told that there was nothing they could do, and that the procedure was far too complicated, they turned him away and told him he had to make his own plan.
