Good day. I've requested that my contract been changed to a TOP up 350 due to problems I've expierence with the previous contract. When I checked my balance due there was a additional amount of R150 loaded that I need to pay every month. When I enquire about this, this was for a promo fee. I've requested a feedback on what the promofee was but havent received any feedback from MTN
I need to know why I was not informed about this amount that I need to pay every month, and 2nd what is included in this promo fee. I cant express my disappointment with the service that I as a valued customer received from MTN. I will defnitely not renew my contract for another 24 months, when it expires
