8ta failed to debit my account

My name is Berveley Fraser. I am very upset and disappointed. I took out a contract with 8ta in October 2012, my first payment went off in November 25. In December I was shocked to see that my account was not debited, I called them on the 29th to find out why they are not debiting. The first agent told me that my account was up to date and she can see on her system that money was debited on the 24th. I told him that I did not receive any notification and I was concerned. They assured me that my account was up to date. I called again, spoke to a diffrent agen, that person nformed me that my account was up to date, I have nothing to worry about. I told both of them that I could not see the transcation on my bank statement, I checked several times. Recived my statement in January, which indicated that I was in arrers, I did not understand this. Mind you 8ta never informed me telephonically or via email that I was overdue. They are taking advantage of consumers and are quick to hand them over. Their service is pathetic. I feel like cancelling my contract. They dont communicate with their customers. My credit score has been compromised. I would not recommend 8ta to anyone. I am very disappointed
