I sent my Blackberry to MTN the glen for repairs, out of nowhere a line started to appear accross the LCD screen. I waited 26 days because they said they working on a back log. After 26 days nobody called me, I called the technical centre and was told my phone went back to the store by 18 Jan already. I went to the store 29/01 & the consultant told me there was a cost, I was shocked coz my phone is under warranty, then he checked the system again & said NEVERMIND ITS COOL, gave me my phone & sent me off. I was unable to check the phone coz i had no battery on me. Later the eve when i switched it on I discovered that after 26 days of WAITING my phone is NOT REPAIRED, infact the line accross the screen is now WORSE and BIGGER than what it was when I booked it in!!! WHY was my phone not repaired, Y did it take 26 days to inform me about so called 'costs'???
My handset is UNDER WARRANTY, I have a good credit record with MTN, WHY are they stuffing me around like this??? I need my PHONE for BUSINESS PURPOSES! 26 days? NO reason? No feedback? NOTHING!!! This is a fairly new handset!!! i havent even had it for a year!!! I want answers and i want this issue resolved to my best interest!
