Charging for BIS when I'm using iPhone 5

In March I upgraded from Blackberry to iPhone 5. MTN is still charging me for BIS. I called Olga to cancel that service, she said she did it. they are still charging me for BIS while im not using Blackberry phone anymore. I need them to cancel the service and pay back my money
