Mtn keeps on charging me for Bis on my number 0835278582 I upgraded the account several months ago and just noticed that they keep on charging for BIS even though I did not take a Blackberry phone. They will not refund me or take responsibility for the actions of their staff, how can I pay for BIS if my phone is an android device not capable of connecting on BIS? I want a refund. I also asked for statement for Tax for July and August 2011 they keep on giving me statements for 2013 is there anything MTN takes responsibility for, or willing to help with?
