Don't help - can't get them on the line

I reported 2 faulty lines (needed for business) on the 16th - now 9 days of inability to do business.

They are not responding to the "Pinnacle" call centre - on 3 occasions I have sat with the phone on speaker listening to the terrible muzac, and hearing "please hold while we transfer you to the next consultant".

Record so far - 2 1/2 hours!
