False Advertising - Overcharged on Account

I signed up for the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini on RBM 200 on 30/08/2013. The deal as per the brochure states R199pm.

However, my invoice indicates R249 for the month of September and this was debited from my account. This is clearly contradictory to the statement in the brochure which says R199. I queried this and was assured that i would be refunded and that the problem would be addressed before the next billing period.

I have now received the invoice for October and lo and behold it shows R249. This has also been debited from my account. I have yet to receive a refund for the amount overcharged, which is now R100.
