Disgusting service and system

Hi,

It has been a complete misery trying to get help out of Telkom. After upgrading I was not able to use the package for the 3 days (paid for a service which did not work) in no way was i compensated for this. I was told there was a technical fault at telkom's end and they are investigating. I followed up with a call to the call centre and they advised that the reason it was not working is because the 20 gig data bundle package is not available with the (DO premium package) since February and that he will get it removed from the site. Clearly on the website up till today, it shows that 20 gig is available. ( This was advised by a call centre manager) I told him that this was illegal as it is advertised on the website so they need to give the package to me (as per CPA) which was not done. Then i waited a week or so to see if it was removed and no it was not. So i called up again and requested the 20 gig package which was put now onto my account (completely misleading information from all over). I am billed for upgrades every month when i only upgraded once. Please help me to get get telkom to sort out my billing. you can investigate all calls originating from 0215916337.
