Horrendous service from telkom

We took the Apple TV contract from Telkom for R893, in middle October, the service and Internet was good.
Begin November we received a Invoice from Telkom stating we had to pay -R2500, and there was items on the invoice that stated "unspecified services".
we phoned Telkom accounts I told them we had a contract, and they said they could not help us as there was no contract loaded on our account.
a Woman from PE Estelle phoned us, she said that the contract was never loaded on our account as the contract never existed on their system, she sms us a couple of days later stating we only needed to pay R1163, 00.
middle November the good internet service diminished as our latency went up and the adsl speed was not constant anymore, we loaded a fnb account to test and all worked perfect. I phoned telkom ISP, they said we were shaped on 35gigs, they can see we used games and videos, we used the internet for steam based games and league of legends.
we went back to the eastgate telkom direct, they were very unhelpfully and unsupported having no idea what to do. we tried to cancel the isp to get another isp, this also failed. we would like to cancel our contract, horrendous service from telkom
