I have had an account with neotel since 2010, which include 1gig data per month, in October 2013, i did not use my data bundle, i started using the data in november meaning that i now have oct and nov data. i was surprised to get a notification that i exahausted and i will be billed 8c per megabyte my data bundle, when i called the call center person (happy) told me that the data must carry over, when he checked he noticed he could not get sufficient info and went to ask the supervisor who later told him its because the October bundles did not carry over, its my type of package. I have never heard of that agreement between me and Neotel, i was shocked to hear it for the first time . i asked for written agreement and they said no, the sales person should have explained to me. i am not the one who employs incompetent stuff, its them so i need my data bundle added to my account ASAP or we will take this further. i dont accept daylight., am working so hard fr this money
