I have logged call after call to Telkom, got this line on the 15/5/2013 and has been such a let down since then until the 11/7/2013 when they finally sorted the speed out, until the 23/7/2013 it went down and is still running at 33kb/sec despite my numerous calls and fault logging. this is unacceptable. no one has even been to my house to come and see for themselves that the line is shockingly slow. I don't know what else to do. it does not even want to do a speed test on Telkom's own site : [URL Removed]
