I was robbed on the 15 November i reported the case and then called MTN and advised how i go about doing a sim swap the guy then advised me that i will have to go to a store and the amount i need to pay is R236 whoa first of all this was never explained when i took the phone with MTN and their insurancei the guy said he would transfer me to the insurance dep as i was not prepared to pay this and find out from them the call cut and i called them back no one could help me i called back more than 10 times the agents were so cheecky and one even dropped the call, i eventually did the swip swap and the price was less but the agent is still incompetent for giving incorrect info... i completed the claim form MTN said it would take 24hrs for them to contact me guess what im still waiting i cant wait for the contract to be over to switch to another network this service is to Pathetic!!!
