Top TV new billing system

TOP TV has changed to a new day to day billing system, however failed to inform their customers that if they do not pay in advance for the 1st of October 2013 then their services will be suspended immediately with no grace period to allow you to make payment later in the day. Normally customers were allowed to make payment on the 1st of every month for the entire months subscription. With their new system, payment has to be made before the 1st or else your service will be terminated on the 1st. I was not informed of this in any way not even an sms. This morning when I saw my services were blocked, I called the call centre and was cut of thrice and eventually when I got through I explained to the lady that my baby loves baby tv and I will make payment at 13:00 today and if she could please reconnect my services and I will send her proof by 14:00 today. After placing me on hold for 20 minutes, she transferred me to another guy who tells me he can't help me and admitting it was TOP TV's fault for not advising their customers accordingly. However he refused to help me and said I have to make payment and then call back to obtain an e-mail address to send through the proof of payment.
