Outstanding customer service

I went into my local Telkom store (Rosebank) to enquire about migrating my wifes account into my name and including ADSL internet services. An extremely helpful and polite gentleman (Mr Segage) went the extra mile in helping us move the account and also helped us get the most suitable ADSL deal. I had done some research and looked through sites like MyBroadband, and others to see what ADSL deals were recommended. Needless to say I left the shop a very satisfied customer.
I have only extremely good things to say about the service I was given from Mr Segage - he went the extra mile to make sure all my requests had been met to my satisfaction and this was highly appreciated my way. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable! I have to say that most of my dealings with Telkom have been pleasing and light years better than you get from the other mobile operators.
In days when good service is so rare, yesterdays experience was a great uplifter.
Thanks Mr Segage! All the best to you and your team.
Telkom, please give these guys some money to upgrade the Rosebank store (with the rest of the centre). They deserve it.
