11 months/many broken Black Berries

I know I am wasting my time as Vodacom think they can treat you as they please. Since January i have had to go and take in my blackberry many times and ive been given reconned one's on and on it goes. The last time i was promised that next time i'd even get one out of the box - agh please. I send this one in and i just get a repairs sms... im fedup

I will have my debit order reversed. The iphone I will pay manually and if this service is cut then i will make another plan. Vodacom is not the begin and end all they think they are.

I have a right to a decent handset. Yes, i signed a contract but so did Vodacom - have i brought my side? yes i have. Vodacom can sue me and take me to court, maybe once there a JUDGE will listen and understand.

Please dont even bother sending me a computer generated response!
