Shockingly bad service from Vodacom!

On Friday, the 22nd of November 2013, I tried to make a call in the afternoon and a voice message came on stating that my account had been suspended. I immediately called vodacom customer care.
The man said that he could see my line was suspended. I asked why this was and he could not answer me because he said my account was paid up and as I have a Top Up account, I couldn't be over the call limit.
I asked him to unlock it, as I am a sales person and rely on my cellphone to do business. He said that he could not unblock my line, but lodged a service request that "would be sorted out on monday only, due to skeleton staff over weekends". I couldn't make or receive: calls, sms's or emails!
Monday came and my line was still blocked, so I went to Vodashop in Paarl Mall where a friendly lady phoned the call centre again and I spoke to another lady who said she saw the service request and found it strange that my line was disconnected in the first place (which all Vodacom staff have said) and told me it would be opened in the day. At 16:00 I started phoning the call centre again and was redirected countless times, but no solution. Today I phoned again, but no change. Appalling service!
