I wanted to buy a 5 G promotional data bundle. This was not an option on my internet banking therefore I bought R 399 airtime so as to convert that to the 5 G bundle by the *111# service.
When inserting the sim card in my phone and doing the conversion I immediately don't have adequate funds... I gave up since this was in the evening and decided to visit the shop this morning. They checked and found that I only had R 391 left? I have not used or received anything for this R 8.
Going through the call centre is the usual night mare and the supervisor of Syabonga has still not called me back. I am sure I will wait for ever.
This is day light and explains the excellent progress made by vodacom in their recent results regarding profits on data...
