Bad Customer Service

I applied for a online contract with them, I never got the guys name that I spoke to which I am regretting at the moment. He was suppose to port my number to vodacom which he never did at all, he said he would make a note for my number to be ported yet there was no record of that request on your system, yet I do remember him saying that I should hold on because he is making a note on the system for me.

I have the phone 3 days already and still cant do anything with it as this has caused a major delay. Precious has been very helpful though, if it wasnt for her I would have still probably been trying to get this all sorted.

Cos seriously if I wanted to go in store to get it all sorted I would have done so and it probably would have been much better as I would have saved myself all this hassle. As per my telecom with Precious everything should be active and working by this time tomorrow, I'm hoping it will be and that I wont have to take this matter further.
