I have a 4 meg uncapped premium account and find that in the morning the speed is 2.9 mbps. In the afternoon its down to 0.6 a trend I have picked up in complaints on this website. This leads me to believe that the offered package is not what it seems and Mweb is not being honest in their dealings. I have been a longstanding customer. After 3 weeks of complaints and offers to have telkom check the line which has been reported clear twice I am leaving Mweb and would like all future customers to take this into account before doing business with them.
