I have been a client with OpenWeb for about 3 years now, and all I can say is that in that time I have received better service and support from them than I have from all the other companies in this country combined. The OpenWeb staff (and the CEO!!) has never once let me down and it is hard to imagine how they do this while maintaining very respectable prices (and fantastic connectivity).
TL;DR... OpenWeb is the best ISP (and probably service company) in South Africa IMHO :)
Now if only there were equivalent provides for Television and Mobile...
