On a top up contract you can load airtime. The problem comes in when you want to transfer some of that money to your own prepaid number. If it is for data you can only transfer 80 percent of your own recharged amount, and if it is airtime transfer you have to phone and get authorization to do so. It is my money and i would love to have the option on how i would like to distribute it. Why should my service provider have the right to tell me how i am to use the airtime that i bought and paid for. I am the consumer and it is my money. I am the one who should be able to decide how to spend it. I paid for it and the service provider got there money. This is how people are forced to make service providers richer by the minute. Vodacom is because they have the right. The consumer has got none.
