I sent an email to customer service on 2013-11-05. I received an automated response on the same day, but nothing since then.

Good morning,
I have cancelled this contract as from beginning of October 2013. I received a statement dated 20-10-2013, the balance is nil.
However, you have deducted R299 from my FNB account on 01-11-2013. Please rectify this mistake.
