To whom it may concern
A year or so ago I was struggling with my finances and received an SMS from iSmart offering me a loan. Normally I would not respond to unsolicited communication from a company, but I was desperate and so I got a loan with iSmart.
I paid it off timeously, long ago, but iSmart agents continue to bother me almost on a daily basis. They call me on my cell phone and my work phone, and each time I ask to be removed from their system.
I have asked, politely, time and again, for them to have my details removed from the database, as I am no longer in need of financial assistance and never want to get a loan from iSmart again.
But iSmart continues to call me, which is a form of harassment.
I work in the media, and have a platform from which to expose this terrible behaviour to the public, if iSmart does not heed this complaint and remove all my details from their system.
