I recently switched from a MTN contract to Pay as you Go.
Now I am still being charged R100 pm - so i wanted to call the MTN Contract Department - to find out why. But I keep getting booted out of the automated system as my number is no longer a contract number. Then i get referred back to the Pay as you go Deparment, and was told and I that they can't help me, i need to GUESS a NUMBER or FIND A FRIEND WITH A Number. UNBELIEVABLE.
So after guessing 20 times, I finally get trough. I do believe your agents need an attitude refinement course - with 2/3 being in a bad mood.
My complaint is mainly directed at the inefficient automated system.By the way, Whilst writing this report, I am still on the line with the cancellation department - how many agents work in this department?
