I bought a contract cellphone from Ismart Cellular in November 2012, now 6 months later the phones battery is done.. It charges till it's full, and then 20 mins later its dead again... THe phone freezers like nothing, the buttons dont all work and struggles to be pressed.. Now they (Ismart) want to tell me that they cant do anything as i am past or over my 6 months period, but its a 24 month contract and i am still paying and its so much that i am paying.. I am really disgusted and dissapointed in this service from Ismart, as a valued customer that's account is paid on time every single month and this is the service you get.. "politely" being told "sorry we cant help or assist you" so now i must get or have the phone fixed and still pay for that 2.. Really bad service, i will not recommend anyone to you.. Thank you
