In march 2012 I purchased a television with Russells R5263.00. I paid an extra guarantee of R3500. We had a bad thunderstorm on september 2013 and my television got struck by lightning. I have been struggling to get russells to repair my tv sincce then. And still they refuse. The branch where i bought the tv has closed in Modimolle and so i went to the branch in Witbank where i live now. I was there several times with no luck and had to face the one rude person after the other. Now i am still paying for something that i can not use. I still have one year left on my contract. I am very disappointed. The contract got lost when i moved all proof that i have left is my schedule to agreement and quotation. I have not once missed a payment, so why would they not fix my teleision.
