Horrific service

To whom this may concern

we bought a television from game and after 1 year and 9 months it stopped working. We took it in to have repaired. A month later got phoned and told the television will cost R7129 to be fixed which wad ridiculous cause we paid R8200 for it. We requested a service report on the television so we could see what was wrong and inquire more on the price. The gentleman that assisted us was Waseem Cloete. We gave him our email address (we are sti waiting on the email 3months later). We went into the shop to collect the television and got told we need to pay a rejection fee of R150. On the 4 times we were contacted about the television not once was mentioned about this fee. We asked to see Waseem who was to busy to see us and told the friendly lady Nomuthombi that its not important we must wait. Eventually he arrived and was confused with everything. I refused to pay the fee and requested the report again and got told after 20 minutes that he has no idea were it is. I would like to know why is it so expensive to have our tv fixed if its still under warranty and why Waseem could not email us this report.
