I logged the complaint below on the 6th of December, up to date I have still not received feedback on the outcome of this.
The complaint: "I logged a complaint last week on a Vendor that charged me for a transaction after it was declined on my account. I received a complaint/ticket nr - 2167062 What is happening with this ticket? When will I be refunded this amount? "
It was definately a wise decision to move to FNB as ABSA is doing NOTHING to retain their existing customers!
