With reference to 1307230000121090 . my complaint logged 16 sept I received what believes to be a automated response saying that this matter will take priority, what does this mean in my dictionary the word priority means something that is more important than other things and that needs to be done or dealt with first are you telling me that for 12hours since my complaint was logged no one has seen this complaint? because to date I have not received a call from lucia Lekhona or Mbongeni as promised would this be taking another month to resolve? If your way of prioritising something means that it will take more than 2 months then I don't know what you are doing there but I get better service from government. If so I would like to cancel my contract with immediate effect you are more than welcome to come and collect the phone. As of the 27th Sept there will be money deducted from my account for a service that I do not want.
Whats so funny is that the consumer is just suppose to accept pathetic service. The minute you threaten to cancel your contract you are reminded about the law and about penalties that needs to be paid if you are wanting to do so yet no one ever helps
