I have been a loyal vodacom customer for more than 15 years and for the last year and a half i have not received any service what so ever .. All i hear is i have to wait there is a planned service upgrade after numerous complaints. It is effecting my business because all three lines are business lines and this so called Red VIP is pathetic because i CANT USE IT AT ALL FOR BUSINESS!!!
MTN's area manager came and saw me after my request within 2 days, cause i am strongly thinking of changing providers that are willing to help!!!
If vodacom does not sort this out within a week i will be forced to cancel the contracts under the CPA as i can not use them for what they are intended for.
