After the experience of being mugged and having my phone taken away from me, the first thing that I immediately wanted to do was to blacklist my phone and get a sim swap. Getting a sim swap but getting my phone blacklisted was the problem. First I was told that they can not blacklist the phone instore and that I have to fill out a blacklisting form, which I gladly did. I was told that it would take 24 - 48 hours which I accepted, however I was not given a reference number and after filling out another blacklisting request form at the cradlestone branch. I feel that the agent at the braamfontein store was incompetent and did not do his job, I am disappointed that I had to wait 24 hours and go to another shop because an agent did not do their Job!!!

This was an inconvenience to me.
