I recieved my new LTE Router delivered to my office. Brilliant, I thought. Then the frustration started. It wouldn't connect. I phoned the call centre SEVEN times. 5 out of the seven I was put on hold for ever, cut off or simply sent back to the main menu. When I eventually did get to speak to someone with an IQ of more than minus 50, I was given a reference number 6563419 and someone would come and sort out the problem at my home. To date, no assistance, no internet. No way will I be treated like an any longer. I am still within my 14-day cool down period (which the call centre told me is actually 7 days) I want you to come and get your rubbish out of my house.

If this is the amount of hassle it takes to just get it connected, can you imagine what it would take if you have a problem down the line!!!
