Faraaz called requested I fax documents which I did on 14/11/2013 he confirmed receipt of documents and promised to return to me in 48 hours. I sent follow up emails even called him on 19/11/2013 he said he wasnt at work will respond to me the next day. Still no response. Its been a work since documents were sent still no response. He refused to provide me his superiour's contact information. As per Cell C response to my initial complain Danielle was supposed to call me not Faraaz. I am not willing to back off until the promise is honoured
