Since February 2013 I have been trying to mature my policy with Momentum. It has been very frustrating and the service has been really poor.
Everytime I have submitted all my information then I get a new person responding to my emails and each response is different from the other.
I had to follow up each time to find out how far they are with my maturity as I receive NO response or follow up from the person capturing my information.
On 2 occasions I receive a notification that the funds will be in my account in 2-3 days and on the forth day when I contact momentum, they respond saying that there is an issue on my documents saying there are issues and therefore the payment wasnt made into my account. They shouldnt falsely communicate dates to of payment if its not fully confirmed. It is there duty to sort out these issues and communicate with me, not the other way around. I think there service is seriously and I would never recommend Momentum to anyone ever again! They have the most pathetic service i have ever experienced!
