No Response

As per Tania's instruction, my other sent through all the documents required. It was promised that she would be called to confirm receipt of this documents but none of this occured. She was told that there is no Tania when she called the numer that she was provided with. when i called I was just placed on hold waiting for Tania but nothing happened.

Can Tania just call my mother and let her know if things have been sorted out since this is the only way we can get Homechoice to respond, clearly.
