Acc no: I2653680 - I have in May and recently on your website complained as since may all of a sudden I am being charged R344, 99 per month for my internet dongle iso the R149, 00 I have signed for on my contract. In my I have been to your branch n Somerset Mall and was told the extra charge was for visiting X-rated sites. Which we don't. I left it and waited for the next monnth to see if the amount decreases as we then stopped using the dongle all together. But still the amount of R344, 99 gets deducted from our account. I then queried via your website but still no feedback. I have now cancelled the d/o and want you to investigate and credit my account as from May up to October with the difference for each month. I have not signed for the extra amount and x-rated services are not an explanation and makes no sense at all. You can check our data and see that it gets carried over each month. Please get this sorted!
