This is the email i sent to help one cell below:

Good morning.

I kindly need your assistance as I have a one cell public phone set, I called the call center and advised them I want to re-use the set again as its been over 3 months I haven't been using it, they said my original ID and proof of residence is required and R800, my problem is I am in Gauteng and I want the set to be used by my mom in KZN and already the set is that side my documents are with me in Gauteng.

Please advise if there is an alternative way of doing this as I can't go to KZN anytime soon to give in my original documents, the lady I spoke to said there is no other way I HAVE!! to go to KZN as they have to fax my documents from the branch in church street to head office

to date no one has reverted back to me since 30/12/2013 as also the ady i spoke to on the call center was like thats the only way, so i fail to understand why do i need to go Kzn for them to fax my documents to head office???

really this is not CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!
