So after sending through a complaint last week, Telkom responds on the 14th stating they have ESCALATED my issue to the relevant department. It is now 7 days later - no call, email, sms from them. Instead, I have now received 2 sms' from a collections company. Telkom is extremely quick to hand you over but when it comes to service I have never had such from any company. You deserve to implode and lose your entire customer base. You're extremely lucky you're the monopoly and have no other competitors in this space. I WANT AN ANSWER TO MY COMPLAINT!! And if I have this listed on my credit record I am going to refer it to my lawyer.
