I logged a complaint on Telkom's website stating that although we are paying for call-waiting, we do not have this service. After more than 1 month Telkom responds with this email:
"Good day
Apologies for the delayed response
Please be advised the waiting call is included in your Telkom Closer rental for activation steps please refer to your instruction manual or support number beneath the handset.
Regards
Telkom"
My response is - I don't have an instruction manual or support number. We have a wireless connection and are using a blackberry handset. This email was most unhelpful.
So, after all this time - I am still billed for call waiting and not able to activate the service.
