I took out a contract with Cell C in April 2013 and that is when my problems started. In October they gave me a new iphone but most of the problems continue.
On a daily basis I have numerous calls dropped. Other times the network coverage is so bad that I can't make calls.
The call centre can't resolve my problem and send me from the one person to the other. When you email [Email Removed] or [Email Removed] you get an auto reply but no one resolves the problem.
The bottom line is rather pay more and use another network.
