I ported to Cell C in Fen 2013. got an iPhone 5. since then started having signal reception issues (not related to iphone 5). i called Cell C to investigate as the problem is within the building where i work die to the position and layout of the building. Some areas has signal, others dont. I had to submit network investigation forms (different versions) at least three times, with no service coming from it. So i vent "bad service' on Twitter. i get a response to resubmit the paperwork. i do this, and Cell C tries to call me (i have signal problems and cannot receive the call). i eventually Email the Cell C contact person and they advise me that network division says they cannot boost the signal where i am. All i want them do do is to come and investigate it. i also suggested they put some boosters or antennas in our building to boost siognal, but they dont understand what i say. i am not the only affecter person in the building. they are passing the buck to the servise suppliers like Alcatel while it remains a Cell C problem. they are marketing that they are putting coverage everywhere and clearly they are lying abotu that since they cannot sort out existing signal reception.
