I listed a complaint here after a problem I had with 8ta some time ago. The problem was solved and it was not due to bad service but a technical error that was really tough to pinpoint. This time again I had a problem with a connection that was very briefly resolved! 8Ta really goes out of their way to solve problems and off ALL THE CELL COMPANIES they are the most courteous - very friendly, helpful and fast. They just do what they have to do while being patient and kind. Most other cell service providers become impatient and respond with anger when a customer is irritated or unhappy. Noma is especially very friendly and also very professional and fast. She takes pride in solving problems! One day I believe Noma would have a very senior position in Telkom, drive the best car and live in the best house because she made TELKOM proud! She certainly is a huge asset.
