Worse customer service i have ever experience

I have a Samsung galaxy S2 on contract with mtn. For the last few months i have been having an issue with the phone and have not once called mtn. My issue is not with Mtn but with Samsung service center. I am have reached the roof now with all this Frustration that no one should ever experience. I have been total of 4 times to Samsung which cost me about R100 in fuel to Samsung. I have called them several times and nobody answers the phone or i get transferred with no warning to one person to another. I have been promised callbacks from Manager called Jacques who never does and today once again have tried to follow up on my last request.
i have been without my phone for over 2 weeks now after i have been told by this manager he will put through a request for a replacement which can take 8 days to 2 weeks. Gues what? Its been 2 weeks. Stil no call. I want this matter resolved. my contact numbers are 0213978517 or my wifes number 0782771288. while writing this complain i called Mtn and was advised to get my phone and take it in to Mtn service centre. I don't see the point of Samsung if is the manufacturer.
