Can you stop hassling me!!!

Below is an email that I sent to Pieter Uys (Vodacom's CEO) dated 2011/09/21:

Good morning, I have a problem that I am having with your company. My ID#8008256177085 and cell number #0723212935, I had an airtime contract that I had with you and cancelled in March/April 2011. The consultant that I spoke to then did not advise me of the process of cancelling in regards to the remaining balance of the contract. I was not made aware that I still had to pay the monthly fees. When cancelling the contract I even suggested that they transfer the contract to my wife who is also a Vodacom subscriber and they refused. I then took out a contract with your competitor Cell C and ported my number to them.

Vodacom has been trying to debit my account on a monthly basis and you have created a negative profile on my account as the fees are being returned as unpaid. I have got received a call from Ayanda Ndwandwe @ 08:35 (very pleasant on the call) to advise that my account was in arrears. I strongly told her that I was not liable for any outstanding fees as I was not advised at the time of cancelling my contract.

MBD is calling me insistently to monies out of me, please sort this mess out!!
