Over the past month I have written as much as possible (every five days as that is the limit of complaints per supplier) and still I wish I could write more.
Vodacom MUST contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. This is the 3rd complaint I have lodged and yet another spanner was thrown into the works today. As it stands, I am contacting the Cape Times and as many other news papers as possible about this debacle. This whole mess is a disgrace and is disgusting in the eye of the customer. I have NEVER received such terrible service and customer support in all my life.
I am waiting for a phone call from Vodacom and it better come immediately. The issue at hand may in turn require the involvement of the police and as it stands I have NO PROBLEM with doing so.
This whole issue is pathetic.
