After purchasing a phone cash from vodacom 4u from the richards bay store it was faulty it was not charging and smelled burnt uponm taking the phone to the store we where to that we cannot get a refund untill the phone is sent to durban for testing we paid R12000 cash and now we are sitting with no phone and no money
