New Faulty Phone

I bought d phone at CNA, St'Peter square observatory blackberry in march 2013. In may month it made stripes on the phone. I went to take it back to cna and they said they going to take it to vodacom where it will be for 21days. After the phone being at vodacom for more than 21 days, zhaun rhe manager of cna say that vodacom said the phone fell. I told them I never let the phone fell and they told me I have to pay 650 to fix the phone which I paid cash for. I told them I'm not going to pay to fix it as the phone is faulty. I want my money back or the phone fixed.
