Still waiting on route

On the 29 July 2013 emailed application form to Bramwell. He then told me that it would take three days for the router to be delivered. Today is the 8 August and still no router. Have sent two emails to him, no response, sent an email to sales this morning, again no response. I now wish I had gone directly with Telkom.
