We asked for the router to be upgraded to a business account in order to receive faster ADSL line. It took 2 weeks and numerous phonecalls to get delivery of the Router. A day after the router was installed the email address stopped working. Phone calls to get this sorted out have lasted up to an hour and two days on we are still no further to getting it sorted. We have been told the email address has expired! The service has been suspended! Mweb need to employ people with IQs to deal with queries
